Ingredients
Frozen bananas 3 small
Frozen berries 2/3 cup
Vegan protein powder 1 1/2 cups
Pure H2O As desired

 Blend. Decorate. Devour! It’s breakfast in a bowl, not to mention nearly a day’s worth of nutrients.

HOW TO DO

A vegan smoothie bowl for breakfast is the perfect way to start your day. It’s literally brimming with so many proteins and nutrients, you’re guaranteed to sail through the next 14 hours with a smile.

Look for a vegan protein powder with at least 15 – 20g of plant-based protein per serving and no artificial sweeteners; this makes the base of your smoothie bowl. Toss in frozen bananas and berries for sweetness, potassium (especially important for women) and antioxidants. Add any other superfoods, such as chia seeds, organic cold-pressed coconut oil, a handful of raw kale and/or freeze-dried acai powder.

  1. Put everything in a high-speed blender. Add enough H2O to blend the ingredients together while still keeping it thick.
  2. Blend for 2 minutes.
  3. Dollop into your favorite bowl, top with sliced banana, pomegranate seeds and any combination of your favorite superfoods.
